KFHOA, on behalf of all residents, welcomes you to your new community. We know moving in is quite a process and can be very overwhelming. You've chosen a great place to make a life. You are now a member of the Kildaire Farms 1 Home Owner Association. You became a member the day you closed on your real estate.

What you need to know

It is important for new residents to learn their rights and responsibilities as a Kildaire Farms 1 member. KF1 is an architecturally controlled community. This means Homeowners are required to submit plans for any and all exterior improvements for approval to the Architectural Control Committee prior to installation. Our goal is to ensure choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community. This includes and is not limited to exterior painting, fence installation, home additions, or any tree removal.

While similar in name and location, the Kildaire Farms Swim & Racquet Club is a private organization and not part of the homeowner association. For questions, relating to the Racquet and Swim Club please call 919-467-4313

The administration and management of HOA business is directed by the board and executed by our community management partner, Associa. Residents are encouraged to use the Town Square web and mobile applications to submit questions or suggestions to the board or management partner. Alternatively, contact Associa by phone 919-787-9000.

How to know which HOA(s) you belong to

It can be confusing to know which HOA(s) you belong to. There are two associations with the Kildaire Farms name, aptly named Kildaire Farms I and Kildaire Farms II. You can find a listing of which communities are in Kildaire Farms I.

Some communities in Kildaire Farms I have an additional homeowners association responsible for common areas that belong to a subset of KF1 residents. Most often these are condos, townhouses, or patio homes. You may also belong to a sub-association that has its own dues and management. In this case, you would owe dues to both the main association, Kildaire Farms I, and your particular sub-association. You can find a listing of community sub-associations in KF1.
