The Kildaire Farms I Home Owners Association maintains a committee that oversees our substantial common property of open spaces, parks, greenways, and trails. The committee assesses, prioritizes, and commissions projects to enhance and maintain our assets.

How you contribute to the Parks, Greenways, and Trails
Your homeowner dues contribute to the financial management, maintenance, and enhancement of community amenities like parks, greenways, and trails. Properly managing the many acres of open space, and many miles of trails requires the services of trusted partners with expertise in landscaping, erosion control, arborist services, and land management. The Parks and Greenways committee oversees the priority list of items for property and performs continual surveillance to ensure property is kept in good, safe condition.
Our homeowners also help keep the properties in good shape by volunteering with litter removal, reporting any unsafe issues, and contributing ideas for projects.
How to know if a trail is owned by Kildaire Farms I
Trails owned by Kildaire Farms I have marked trailheads with signs. There are additional trails in the neighborhoods that are not owned by Kildaire Farms I. These trails are not marked with signs.
Please keep in mind, the trail network is constructed over a set of easements for utility and also private property. Be respectful on the trails as you may be close, or on property owned by a homeowner.
