Information on KF1 HOA for Realtors

The realtor stuff  We are looking for the following documents

• Covenants
• By Laws
• Community Rules and Regulations
• Architectural Guidelines
• Dues and what they cover
• Real Estate disclosure form
• Copy of the most recent budget - showing HOA is in good financial standing

Also love the inclusion of the community links for Utilities etc.

I think it is important to emphasize the features of the community trails and availability of the swim clubbed tennis courts.  Lots of communities have the same as us where there is an additional fee for membership.
