Kildaire Farms I is governed by a set of elected board members who serve the community. The administration and management of HOA business is directed by the board and executed by our community management partner, Associa. Additionally, there are several committees who handle specific areas like the Architectural Review Committee and the Parks and Greenways committee. Associa will route your request to the appropriate community management group and ensure your request is handled in a timely manner.
